Honestly, I couldn't give you a good reason other than "4chan is a terrible place." Plus, I've always been more of a Something Awful guy, anyway.

It's Eric the Midget, a frequent caller on the Howard Stern show. I recommend going on youtube and looking up some clips of when he called in, it's usually pretty funny.
