I get tons of pointless work, or they rush the course so we have 'less to do later', but we rush it, then it turns out shitty and we have to redo some work anyway xD So it's pointless. Hope you find something then. I still think it seems like an awful lot of responsibility, but I'm sure you can handle it. Schoolwork probably wouldn't be that big of a deal if teachers didn't assign pointless busy work all the time. I know they did when I was in school. Good luck to you when you go looking for one. Oh, I gotcha. We sort of have that. High school students have the option of going to school for half a day, to just get in their core studies and credits, and then they can go to their job if they need to or want to. Seems like an awful lot of responsibility to me at such a young age though, juggling school and work. 9th grade is the very beginning year of high school, and it's when you're considered a freshmen. Grades 9-12 are considered the high school years, and are the only years that have an effect on your transcript. Glad you're feeling better.
Haha no, I mean since we can leave school at 16, we could just go out and get a job and not do any further education. Damn complicated British school system, lol. 9th grade? Yeah, college is definitely a lot more liberating than high school. At least for me it was. It's odd seeing that you don't have to legally be in school. Back in MY day, kids would get into trouble for skipping too many days, even when they were Seniors. Lip piercings, eh? You are far braver than I. I have a phobia of things that puncture the skin. I finally buckled down and got my ears pierced when I was in the 9th grade or so, and that's enough for me. Yep. I'm a wimp. Aww... Well, I think that things will work for the best. Even if you have to deal with some down times, there's always the good times to look forward to.
Yeah, that's what my school say! You'd think that since I'm 16 and I don't legally have to be in school that they'd cut us some slack, but they don't. I should have gone to college haha. I got another lip piercing almost two weeks ago and I don't think they'll be happy about that at all. Thanks I should be alright. Just love life troubles haha.
Oh, my school was like that too... We weren't allowed to have outrageous hair color. Their reasoning was that it would be a distraction and it would create an unpleasant learning environment. <.< Ah well... Sorry to hear that you're a bit down. Hope things get better for you though.
