Happy anniversary of the day that you were born! Hope you have a wonderful day!
No problem. I was surprised I actually remembered what they meant. I did check Google just to be sure though. XD I would have liked some cookies too...
As long as you learn something in the process! Who said that tv rots a person's brain? Thanks for the translations! I was sort of hoping it meant "I bring cookies, and I wish to share them with everyone!" No such luck I suppose...
It's romaji. Minna (mina) = everyone. Hisashiburi = a greeting for when you haven't seen someone in awhile. Hajimemashite = hello, pleased to meet you. Yoroshiku = another greeting like "nice to see you". The meanings are approximate, of course. I watch entirely too much anime...
Thanks, I intend to. I think birthdays can be underrated. Who doesn't want their own personal holiday? XD Now if only I could convince my boss I should get paid for it...haha
Hi DragonHeart! I saw it was your birthday, so I stopped by to wish you happy birthday! I hope you have a great one!
Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it. ^^ It's probably the closest thing to horror I've ever written, usually I write straight fantasy. Funny how I say that but nothing I've had published to date is in my genre...hmm. And thanks, the banner is one of the few decent ones I've made myself. Simple, yet effective. I don't remember where I found that quote but it suits Kuja perfectly, I think. I'm on an FFIX kick right now so I figured I'd switch it up a bit. XD
I just noticed your signature! Congratulations on being published! I read your story. I didn't expect it to end like that. I read it like three times! I've never written anything storywise, so I don't really know how to critique stuff like that, but I liked how descriptive it was. I also like your Kuja siggy.
Actually after you finish the story you can go back and get all the trophies you missed, no need to start a new file. =) That's how I got all of them, went back afterwards to collect all the ones I missed. It's a lot easier to puzzle them out when you don't have Joker's goons in the way lol. I play with the text on as well just cause I can't always hear what's being said and I don't like missing anything. The game seems fairly quiet, which I guess is sort of the point lol. As far as Dr. Young's formula, it's easy to find, just follow the fingerprint trail. =D If you lose it go back to the last one you found and go in a different direction. I had the same problem at first cause they're more spread out than the whiskey/tobacco tracking.
I got the PS3 version, because I don't have an Xbox either. It's supposed to come out for the PC, but the PS3 version is fine for me. I got passed the part with Joker's Henchmen abducting the doctors, and now I'm on the part where I have to find Doctor Young's files on the venom formula. I've been running around in circles for a while. I rescued the guy that has the hook on his hand and that's where I'm at (I forgot his name...). I'm taking a break from it at the moment, because like I said in my post, it hurts my eyes to read the text. Yeah, I play with text on, just so I don't miss anything You get all the Riddler trophies? I know I missed a lot of them. Can I go back on my second playthrough and collect the remaining ones, or do I have to get them all over again?
Re: Batman: Arkham Asylum Yeah, some of the stealth parts are tough, you have to be really fast to get out of the bad guy's range. If you need help with anything feel free to ask, I'm on my second run through. Hard mode comes exactly as advertised lol, but I'm managing. If you think I'm fast, some people have the Platinum for it already. =O By the way, did you get PS3 or XBOX version? I got the PS3 one cause I don't have an XBOX, haven't tried any of the challenge maps as the Joker yet but it looks damned fun.
