I've become the rule guy... >_> Oh well! Here are the basic guidelines... Rules of Chaosthroph (Subject to change) 1. In order to be placed in Chronicles/Events/Whatever, you must have a character submitted to the Profile thread. Unless you have a character, you will not be admitted into events until one is created. 2. When challenged by another member of Chaosthroph to a duel, you cannot refuse. You also cannot forfeit until a conclusion has been reached. 3. Only Elyon is able to grant Rank Ups to deserving members. He is also able to take away Ranks, if he feels it necessary. And now for the more local rules 1. All DMG is limited to 999999. Most attacks also have a DMG limit of 99999. 2. No healing effects are allowed to fully restore your character. 3. You will level up as you participate in events. Leveling up will improve your stats, and you will learn new abilities. 4. All runes (magic spells) have a corresponing RP (Rune Point) cost. 5. All characters have an Overlimit. An Overlimit is an attack you can use when your Overlimit reaches 100% in battle. The gauge fills as you deal DMG, take DMG, and use harmful runes. After the Overlimit is used, the gauge drops back to 0%. 6. All characters also have a DM (Desperation Move), which can only be used when characters are in Critical HP (25%.) These attacks must be performed on the character's next turn, and can continue to be used as long as the character is in Critical HP. 7. Under the effects of the haste spell, you are able to act twice in one turn. For example: ??? used Attack. (??? DMG) *haste* ??? used Attack. (??? DMG) There also exist dualturns, which can be learned from certain enemies. There are similar to Haste... ??? used Attack. (??? DMG) *dualturn* ??? used Attack. (??? DMG) 8. Finally, use attacks that are fair! No one likes attacks that are instantly killing. I hope this helps. You're free to ask me for more questions if you need more.
