You can beat Ozma at level 1, the attacks scale to the level of the characters like in FF8. So basically Flare does not 1 hit kill, it will actually scale on dmg and with Zidane's 110 hp I would think it would do like 70 or something like that and than you would Eiko heal. I posted how to do it on the forums but I didn't state somethings I'm saving for the FAQ of a level 1 walkthrough
