I think you're kinda right on the fact that theres not alot of rpgs worth playing on newer consoles. However there are some fun games on there which are shooters with RPG elements but I dunno if thats your kind of genre. So if you can't find anything you can just stick with the snes for rpgs as they got a huge list of good ones or whatever old console you like playing.
Usually I'm not too worried about the gameplay. For example Xenosaga's battle system was pretty generic, but I liked the games because the story was interesting. As long as the gameplay's not terribly bad, I'm good. Also, is it just me, or have there not been that many good RPGs coming out recently? There are a lot of great RPGs for the PS1 and PS2, but I haven't seen that many for the newer systems. I've seen one RPG that's coming out for the Wii that looks like it could be interesting. Also, I haven't even bought a PS3 or Xbox360 yet because I've been looking around and it only looks like there would be three or four games that look good enough to buy. =/
well i should probably take a look at the trailer myself. i just want good gameplay controls and at least a decent storyline. I was mislead by the awesome titled Dragon Blade: Wrath of Fire. Trailer looked awesome, gameplay looked awesome but when I went to play it myself I could hardly get the controls right.
Yeah, I've heard about it, but from the trailer I saw I'm a little worried. The graphics looked a lot worse than Xenosaga, which was released quite a while ago already, from what I remember. I'm hoping the plot is good. I think I'm going to wait a little bit after it comes out to see if it is worth getting. From what I've seen/heard I'm really doubting that it will be as good as Xenosaga, but it might be worth playing.
Coming back to Xenosaga.... have you heard about the Wii game of it coming out? its supposed to pay homage to the series and it is titled Xenoblade. I'm thinking about trying it out.
I've been there lol. I'm currently playing through Kirby's Dreamland 3, i've never actually owned that game but I beat it a long time ago when I rented it.
I'm thinking about playing the Xenosaga trilogy again. I really enjoyed them when I played them a few years ago, so I'm thinking that it's about time to replay them. I always have a hard time finishing a game that I replay, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish it, though.

I really didn't do much today. I was just online for most of the day. No, I didn't make any progress. I've kind of lost my initiative already. I'm thinking that I'll just play an RPG instead... So, what movie did you see. I was going to see a movie with one of my friends, but we couldn't find a movie that we'd both be interested in.

I must of missed an extra route in some of the ghost houses or something, other than that i have no idea.
Which levels didn't you complete? I think it would have been worth the extra few minutes to fully complete the game.
yeah however i didn't get the full completion like i wanted to . the maximum is 96 and i'm just 2 away from it.
That was pretty quick! I haven't played since I got that game over. In my opinion, the second play through is never as good as the first one, but did you have a pretty good time anyway?
I just beat SMW lol. It was a nice playthrough, now i'll have to find something else to playthrough.
