I liked Christian Bale's work in Howl's Moving Castle as well which is why I think he'll do a good job in Birth By Sleep. He is one of my favourite actors now with: The Prestige, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Equilibrium, Howl's Moving Castle, & American Psycho. I saw someone in the BBS thread mention that they thought it was weird that Bale would work with Disney - well Disney did distribute Howl's Moving Castle in the States (which isn't much involvement) but Bale was a voice-actor in Pocahontas as Thomas, a friend to John Smith - I never knew that. And Mel Gibson was the voice of John Smith which was a surprise as well.
