It doesn't make much of a difference; there's no special meaning behind the placement of the piercing or which eyebrow is pierced, for either gender. A lot of women with eyebrow piercings are seen as being tomboys (or lesbians in some cases). Most people go for the left side but I went for the right for a few reasons; mostly because I prefer that side, but also because I sleep on my left side most of the time as well as being left handed with a tendency to touch my left eyebrow when I'm stressed at work so it was also a hygiene thing.
do you know of any stigmas if a guy was to get his right eyebrow pierced? because for some reason everyone goes for the left... I prefer the right though
