Just to get through the main campaign, and see what you're dealing with. BTW, friendly warning. During one of the last missions, where you have to defeat six big Heartless around Twilight Town, do NOT go to the Station Plaza after all six have been off'd. (Although, you must go there to kill one of the six.) The strongest enemy in the game, Dustflier, waits there. I repeat, do NOT go there after six have been killed. You. Will. Get. OWNED. One in Halloween Town where you must simultaneously take out three Wavecrests. o_O

Shouldn't you beat the game first before challenging yourself? There's this one mission that is supposedly MASSACRE on Proud Mode... Like when you become Agent rank, or eventually Legend Rank. It adds new stuff to the Moogle Shop.

Nah, I always pick the easy setting to get a feel of the game. Glad I did with the panel system... o_O And you have to get new ranks.

How much love can you give? Well, I always go there when I'm stuck on something, or if there's something better I can get and I didn't know about it. I picked that guide. But as I read, I got into it. So, I used it throughout the whole game. It was nice to have such assistance at my side. Especially in this one mission in Halloween Town... Well, besides some of the best gears... you can make abilities, too. Useful ones. Once again, he makes references to panels that would be of use to you.
