I'm still trying to get the Royal Crown. Sometimes, I equip the Thief's loves and Thief's Cap to increase drop rate. What other useful additional bonuses are there? Yeah, that's soooo useful. I got the Brigadine form fighting the Onion Knight over and over again. Now I just need the Royal Crown, which is sooo hard.
I guess that card's found in stronger levels? (Lunar Whale/Blackjack?) Have you equipped enough Diamond stuff to get the Dazzling Diamond effect? It doubles all earned AP. Fighting Level 100 Exdeath so many times has earned me plenty of random goodies, like the Hero's Shield and Grand Helm! I love how no matter if two characters are using the same piece of armor, it duplicates itself!
Tell me about it. It took me two days getting the Onion Sword. But just enter and exit the Colosseum until you get the Red Mage card to get free treasure. I only leveled up a few. =P But I only use one. And the AP loss isn't hat big for me. I can farm it easily with patience. =]
The Duel Colosseum seems like the only way to do this stuff efficiently... Of course this has to take SOOOOO long!!!! BTW, I finally leveled all the heroes to 100.
Just buy, trade, and level up. It unlocks itself.
It's always a pain when you have no idea how to get your character's ultimate weapon...

Actually, the only thing you need to do is Battlegen your own character for their Orb and then fight in the Lunar Whale course in the Duel Colosseum to get enough Megalixirs to buy the other ingredient. The final one is soimple, I believe. What ARE the ingredients for his final weapon? I presume one is... A Fayth's Dream?
Yeah, but GETTING the ultimate weapons is a challenge within itself it seems. I can't even begin to know where to get Tidus's World Champion...
I got it last night. I know what to do now. First, you have to unlock the level 100 Onion Knight and level 100 Golbez Ghost Data. Then, go to the PP Shop and buy the Ghost battle - Battlegen OK. You need that for them to drop their accessories. Then just go into battle with them to get the Noah's Lute from the Onion Knight and the Whisperweed from Golbez. But to tell you the truth, the Ultima Weapon is crap compared to the level 100 exclusive weapons, which are all much, much better. A couple bonus attack points is meaningless in comparison to the bonus boosts from the exclusive weapons.
I don't know about the lute. I REALLY want Ultima Weapon, but of course it has to have something near-impossible. I'm looking for it, too. What about the other thing?

Finished with... guess who. Also got both Shantotto AND Gabranth with... guess who. AND went through and got many awesome things in the Duel Colosseum with... guess WHO!?
