I like the lion! I think he was my favourite character in the Wizard of Oz lol!
Son of a Witch is about this boy who may be the Wicked Witch of The West son... from a married man... he goes off to find his half sister and to find out if he is the son of the witch. A Loin Among Men... so for it is about the Cowrdly Lion's past, some things about the Witch's past and if that Boy is her son.
Well there is Wicked, then Son of a Witch, and A Loin Among Men

Yes it is based on Wizard of Oz but it tells us the stories behind the witches

For me right now I'm reading A Lion Among Men. By Gregory Maguire. Wow is all that I can say. He wrote Wicked:The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West.
Lol, I get like that sometimes. Honestly, I have sooo many books, and when I finish one I get all downhearted when I can't get into another book. I still need to invest in those Darren Shan books... ^_^
