It's basically about this kid, Lelouch Lamperouge, you despises his life and wants to change the world, but he realizes he never can. After he gets involved in a terrorist situation, he comes to meet this mysterious girl who offers him a power. In exchange for this power, he must grant this girl's one wish, which she does not tell him right away. She gives him the power to make anyone do anything and everything he commands them to, and he swears to use the power to change the world. you should watch it, it's really good.
