It depends on the police officer, really. We have community police officers, who can do anything but follow you around and warn you/call for the real police. Then you have the actual officers who can use force if they are under threat. I might be talking a load of rubbish, but it's from what I've witnessed. xD
Ooh, that's not good. xD But I couldn't imagine you ever breaking the law. Though I heard form my friend that in England, the police can only go as far as ask you to do things without force. Is that right?
Over here, you can get arrested at pretty much any age. xD Well, I think when you're younger than 16, you get a slap on the wrist for something small, but you can if you're a repeat offender. Then you get an ASBO. o__o
In another three months, you'll be eighteen, right? So it's not really that long of a wait if you want a job. And don't forget that at age eighteen, you can get arrested, too. =P
They do, but at the moment during the recession, it's really hard to find a place anywhere because no one wants to hire people to save money.
