All of my good New things are going to take a while to finnish and post. I have some I'm working on but I want them to turn out well since I have more freedom now. Probably won't be done until the end of Winter...Art supplies are expensive..
the arts have become an industry. It has been like that for about 35 years now. If you want to find good, new music, you don't listen to the radio. Sad, but it's just a fact. Even the 'alternative' radio stations rarely put on original, creative stuff. Record labels are companies, not people who are interested in supporting and creating good music. Same with books. The publishers want to sell as many books as possible. They promote the popular thriller stuff, not the inventive, creative poetry or novels. Quoting a professor of mine: Literature has become a victim of its own success. Same goes for movies. Sooo many shit being made. You have to look for good stuff. It doesn't knock on your door.
HMM!! then I'll make sure I watch it!! If you say It's good I trust you. Why not? yeah, movies seem like super shit now...I gave up a while ago. People seem to just be into comedy. Which I like but not all the stupid, crappy ones like the knock off's of scary move. I rarely see movies anymore that make me think or have a good enough story to keep me interested.
