  1. Its funny how no one has said anything in the lper group since we've been throwing game pics in there haha. Anything we should do to get the group going again?
  2. kirby and goldeneye looked like something i wanted as well. the zelda and goldeneye and 3ds were the best announcements to me.
  3. Yep. I think that I am excited about the 3DS, definitely more than I initially was. The Zelda stuff looked great, and Epic Mickey seemed like an interesting venture.
  4. so did you see nintendo's lineup of titles for E3 yet? i did and i'm very satisfied
  5. I did sleep well thank you . when my mom woke me up today at 12 i went to have some lunch and tried to grab the container with leftover brats and burgers and i accidentally caused a container of yogurt to fall out of the fridge and it got all over my legs and pants. i need to stop pulling all-nighters >.>. how are you doing today?
  6. Yeah, I'm pretty good about noticing the music in a game if it's good, so I'll keep an ear out for it. Also, it's about 4:40 where I am, and I can't seem to sleep, but I hope that when you read this, you slept well.
  7. Secret of Mana felt thematic to me, its got one of the most beautiful soundtracks you'll hear in a SNES RPG. When you play the game again, make sure to give each area a good listen.

EDIT: well i should head off to bed now, have a good night.
  8. Sometimes I do, if it's real thematic or whatever. But if it's more calm sounding, like Dust to Dust from FF XIII, then I just mellow out with it and just listen.
  9. oh ok. since i already saw what happened in the game, when i listen to the song, i picture the event in my head. do you ever do that with game music from other games you've completed or whatever?
  10. Well, it's better to associate the song with the scene going on in the game for me. Has more of an impact that way. But no, listening to game music doesn't spoil anything.
  11. i take it you wanted to wait and hear it in the game itself? ...do game soundtracks spoil the game for you at all?
  12. Yeah, I listened to some of it. Kind of more jumbled sounding, and it did have that tone of being threatening a bit, which is nice for a battle theme.
  13. so did you bother to give the song a listen?
  14. the ending was pretty special to watch again. it was a bit sad but it turned out happy a little afterwards and the music accompanied it very well. Lets celebrate, heres the final battle song that plays in the background. YouTube - Secret of Mana OST - Meridian Dance ~ Mana Beast Battle Theme
  15. Congrats! And nope. Nothing exciting to speak of. Just hanging out doing a whole lot of nothing.
