Our friendship was a good thing. Now it's like she doesn't even want to see me anymore. I've dealt with rejection before, but this is just ridiculous.

I DID give her space. I just don't understand how this happened. I gave a girl too little space before, and believe me I learned that lesson! I even asked her to tell me to back off if I'm too much of a nuisance. And you guessed it, nothing has been said about that.
Hmm. Well, you could try giving her a little space? It'll only hurt you if she tells you to back off because she wants space later. Just for a while, talk to her if you need to at work, or if she starts up a conversation with you? It might help. She might feel a little worried that two guys at work like her, as not loads of a girls bask in that sort of stuff. I'm sorry but I dunno how else to help. I liked someone once, and I must have been around too much after they found out I liked them, and they told me to back off. They knew my only interest was friendship though, so it hurt loads. So yeah... sorries. =(
Um....here's the thing. In that same conversation I mentioned, she asked me if I liked her. ._. I didn't wanna lie so I told her the truth. We STILL talked after that (she said she just wanted to be friends) and in fact she's the only reason I switched phone plans to get texting, and she said that's a better way for us to talk. But once I start sending messages, she just ignores them. And there was even a time she was having a rough day and asked her if she wanted to talk about it. She said no. Now we hardly talk at all...
That's just vile. I hate guys like that. >< I'm sure that her still talking to you is something though. She can't have lost trust in all guys, so you might still be within a chance. Might have to wait a little longer before you tell her though - two guys coming on to her at work might be a little scary. Just don't get too friendly with the other dude. She might put two and two together and think you're in it together. ;p You're a friend. I can't help but care. ^^
Basically he simply made the first move before I did. But both of us knew her for only about a month, so I wasn't planning to make mine until way later than that. The way he did that, though....well, let's just say she has every reason to not trust any guys. She told me later what he did after we had a long conversation. I don't think he knows that I know, so I'm just being friendly with him right now. Luring him into a false sense of security is more like it, but I'm also not a vengeful guy. Planning revenge really goes against my beliefs. Thanks for caring. *hugs back*

Not well. Some jerk at work ruined my chances of being with this girl at work. Ugh. I know it's not something to attempt to achieve in the workplace, but I just know I would have had a chance if he didn't ruin it. I tried to make her feel better, but being the awkward guy I am she only distances herself from me every passing day. It's a tangled web of problems.

Nah. I already looked and did everything I could. I'm going to get a new one early tomorrow morning because my shift at work starts a bit early. And thanks. Just seeing her makes me feel better a lot of the time.

I feel good, except that I lost my wallet yesterday at work and now I have to get a new one AND a new ID. Been so worried about it all day, but there's nothing I can do and I've accepted that. But that's it, everything else is great. I've been talking to this girl I met, and while she just wants to be friends I have a feeling something can happen between us. I feel better than usual.
