It was good. I sang in the choir at Christmas Eve Mass, spent time with family and friends, got some cool gifts. And I've been working, which is good (and unexpected, to an extent, but not unwelcome.) How've you been, General?

I've been okay. Haven't had a lot of work lately, though. Need some people to get sick! After this week, though, it's Christmas Break, so I won't be able to work for another two weeks anyway... so uneasy about that.

Y'know, about that friend I was telling you about earlier... I've heard his side today. There's always two sides, isn't there? But yeah; a lot of stuff happened-more than just WoW playing-and he is not completely to blame. It's two ways. I know you don't even know his name or anything, but after I heard him talk about it, and heard the emotion in his voice about what's happened to him... he cares about his kid. He's really roughed up by what's happened. I felt bad about what I said before, and I don't want you to get the wrong impression about this nameless person. Anyhoo... Wuv, Yer Mom

That sucks to hear. It is a shame that some people get that involved in a game that they let it ruin their lives. Common sence should kick in and tell them that there is a time to put the contorler down. I read an article yesterday on yahoo news about some guy that just became the all time highest ranked player on that game. I know people that have spent 5 hours a day on that game and are only 1/3 of where that guy is at on the achievements only; thats not including everything else that is involved with that game.
Yeah, it's sad. My friend recently got divorced because all he f'in wanted to do was play that game. They have a year and a half old daughter, too.
Dude, one of my best friends just went through a devorce because his wife met someone on WoW. It's crazy you brought that up. They where both avid WoW players; he swore off the game for life haha.
Gwhaha, sorry I wasn't really in the talkative mood last night. Had alot of shit going on. I will hopefully be on tonight but then again the next 2 days are going to be crazy busy. Organizing a soccer tournament that is going on Friday. Also at 2:12AM I am generally asleep because I have to be up at 5.
