Aw... I feel more confident! I read ahead, so I know you can choose. I haven't played it in awhile, I need to finish it. That sounds like fun... >_> Yay-for-friends-who-don't-know-that-I-take-their-money-so-when-they-need-the-money-they're-fresh-outta-luck! The guide should've told you everything. Did it mention to stop the clock? *checks expiration date* 1787... not that old!
But one of the rebels was your wife. =( That's right! You leveled up IRL! Oh oops, I thought you had finished it already! My bad. Is the Sealed Shrine the place after the desert where you have to make frequent water stops to avoid dehydration? Yay having-friends-who-have-money-and-give-it-to-you-without-having-to-ask! Well I haven't played that game in around maybe four or five years now, but if I do decide to pick it up again I may consult you. I own the guide, but alas, Phantom proved too overwhelming. x_x Hmmm... How old? >>
Ooh. After beating FFXIII, I feel I CAN defeat tactic games! So far, I haven't really had the option to choose who stays and goes. I'm at the Sealed Shrine or whatever. And I don't even need to ask. Phantom was probably the second hardest boss in that game. It was a heavy magic-based battle, and because of that, its very unique and creative. If you need some help, I can give you the general strategy for it. Okay. *finds an old steak at a grocery store* This work?
But you defeat them all in a valiant struggle! Yay! You can do it this time! Maybe you've improved your strategy since then! I had to restart the game at one point because I ended up picking Peppita instead of Albel for my final party. D: Also I think I'm one of the few people who had Roger in their final party. He was actually my strongest. Yay extortion! Actually, I never beat that game completely, because I was never able to beat Phantom. Maybe I just sucked back then but he was ridiculously hard. @_@ Yeah you do! You need to buy everything I tell you to! =D Buy me steak.
Aw... I might tonight, actually. Its been on my mind, lately. It deserves to be finished. Scary stuff. I disliked it, and the extra stuff you get isn't really worth it. Probably from Fate. He's so generous. <3 Annoying world, indeed. I went down the one path to discover its a dead end, and of course I went that way becuase Riku went that way! And when you're done with the world, it can be hard to get back, because Monstro sometimes doesn't show up. And OF COURSE the Fat Bandits which have the Blaze Gems I need are in there... >_> They got portable games, too? I'll need a lot of money... o__O
But said band of rebels will eventual rebel against you! I see... Are you ever going to go back to playing it? The Mining Town of Kirlsa? I hate that place. >:T Who ever thought of Haulers anyway? I'd rather ride ponies out of the mines. At least they'd be a bit more careful and not rely on me to decide whether they are caved in on. And I know I'm not the only one who despised this mini-game, because a friend of mine actually broke his game disc out of frustration. o_o You're going to take some money? From whom? xD Know what else was frustrating in that game? Monstro. =D Awwww. Well, Persona 3 Portable should hold me over in the meantime, when it comes out. That reminds me... Get that too!
Ooh. Pretty much everytime you go to a new town, there's a forced battle. Bosses appear ususally at places you backtrack to. Some are consecutive battles, but you can save inbetween them, and prepare accordingly. I'd say about... maybe 3 each chapter? I got lost at that Kirl-whatever place. I didn't know what to do. The most difficult part about that was actually GETTING out without failing miserably. I got out with 98%. I saw that last gate coming, and I'm like "You son of a..." But it turned out to be the exit, so yay! Lugia, you will be mine! (But I still need money. I'm going to take some. ) I'd be seriously missing out. It was such a lol moment, because I went in that treehouse like three times, but never once thinking to look at the wall. >.< (The games I played before that were basically... telling you what to do. I never had to think on my own.) But still no release date... Or trailers... or voice actors...
...But once you're banished, you'll create a band of rebels! How often are there bosses in that game? Like, one or two every chapter? Some of the environments in that game are like a maze (even some of the towns!), its really easy to get lost. But that was never as frustrating as those damned Haulers... *Still bitter* They weren't even cute. I would have let them be buried alive. ...But get Pokemon first though! xD Lmao, wow... Imagine if you had never found the raft, and never played any of the game after that! No more Disney magic. ;_; Hmmm... okay! I'll look forward to BBS. =)
Aw... But the bosses are all a set level. xD And it was hard to come by, no less! I used the guide to get throught about 50%. Even reading it word for word, I managed to get lost. I should try it, then. Word. In my first playthrough, I had a wall. I couldn't find the Cloth for the raft. Could never find it. So, I got frustrated and shut off the game FOR A WHOLE YEAR. In fact, in one of my friends hadn't come over and shown me how to get it, I'd have never found that raft. You should get back into it. All the games are really enjoyable. BBS looks like it might be the best PSP game ever.
But the noodle scarf is out of fashion this season so you'll be ridiculed (and depending on where you live, banished from your kingdom). Yeah my friend told me about that, I always loved the feeling of completely dominating monsters after a good long level-grind so it'd be a completely different experience with FFT, definitely more on the "strategy" side of the spectrum. Haha, I'm not surprised at all that Fate got you to buy it. xD I got it when it first came out and I didn't have internet at the time (couldn't use a guide), so the Hauler minigame made me actually stop playing the game for months because I was so frustrated. xD Omg duuuuuuuude, you gotta play Persona 4. To be honest, P3 definitely had the best story but 4's gameplay was rad. Lmao! Be livin' the THuGG LyFE. <3 You're making me wanna play KH1 again. xD You know, when the game first came out and I was playing it, I got stuck at such a stupid part. When the shadow Heartless first invade Destiny Islands, and you're supposed to go to the Secret Hideout or whatever and find Kairi... Well I didn't know you were supposed to go there, so I died SO MANY TIMES trying to defeat all of those endlessly-respawning Heartless... I think it took us a day or two until we realized what we had to do, and even then it might have been on accident, I can't remember. I haven't been keeping up to date with anything KH these past few years (sorta gave up on the series), but if BBS proves to be worth looking into then I don't see why not. I need more PSP games anyway, I've only got four.
Ooh. Well, it wasn't hard, it just took a while to get used to. You can level up in that game, but the monsters level up with you. The only reason I couldn't get past Chapter 3 was because the boss of that chapter used Death... a lot. Besides that, it was good fun, and I'd recommend it. I'm going to be getting back into it, soon. Oh, I have the game, thanks to Fate's meddling. The hauler part seemed annoying. I'd been using a guide for a lot of the game up until that point, really. I got lost on Vanguard, and used a guide ever since. I'm a wuss like that... >_> Never played Persona 4, but I hear its good. They crash in the Wurld tat Ne'vah Wuzz! =) He seemed more realistic. He's just a kid looking for his friends, and just randomly happened to get involved in all of this. The way he grows is nice, too, and his bickering with Donald felt genuine. They didn't really become 100% friends until Donald betrayed Mickey's orders to help Sora at Hollow Bastion. In KH2, Sora was just flat-out fail. He was fairly naive and impulsive, and just a bit gullible. For the love of all things that are nice, he fell for the oldest trick in the book: only the bravest pirates are tasked with watching ships while we go do all the kickass stuff.. o__O From the looks of BBS, it might be able to return to the Disney element, which the series needs. Days was a bit too much for the new stuff, barely giving Disney any showtime at all.
But you do get to wear it like a scarf! Ah! I've never played the original FF Tactics but I do hear things... @_@ Sounds hard. I'd like to try it sometime. I can't really think of a game that was overall the hardest for me, but I can think of certain instances/bosses from individual games... For example. I dunno if you ever played SO3, but the whole hauler mini-game... x__x I could NOT get past that without using a guide, ever. And for bosses, one that comes to mind was the "baby fetus" Mitsuo from Persona 4, omggggg. Fo shizzle! They'd be the "NoBoDieZ". 8D Sora was a much more likable character too in the first one, in my opinion at least. But yeah, you pretty much nailed it, the original KH had a charm that the others lacked, which was a little disappointing.
Aw... It's a type of RPG that's hard, and its the tactic-based one. I did have a hard time with this game, as I've never really had to... think things through before. o__O To this day, I never got past Chapter 3 of FF Tactics. They'll be The Order of the Dizz, Yo! XIII Not only did it start it all, but it just has a charm none of the other games have been able to match, yet. Maybe it was the initial feeling of reliving the times of the Disney characters, or maybe it was something else. KHII really focused more on the new things. I was a true Squeenix-like game, where the first game tried to be something never seen before.
But you don't get to eat it! Word. What would you say is the hardest RPG you've played? I wish all of the Organization wore beanies, then they'd look like some rap group, and that'd be really amusing. Especially on someone like Marluxia... The first KH was soooooo good. *A* It was all about the Disney magic, which I think II seriously lacked. =<
Hurray! FFVII and FFX were a case in point. But, there will be a few battles that could be annoying. But, everything has a strategy. You just have to find it. That wasn't a hoodie? *looks* Oh... WELL SHAME ON HIM, TOO! D8< I liked the first one much better.
