  1. About the only inspiration I had was watching anime. I did take a little more notes from Tenchi Muyo, but that stuff doesn't appear until a little later. Overall, the way I wrote The Inner Man was pretty reckless. I had decided in advance with a short sentence what each episode was going to be about in the most vague way possible. And then when it came to the episode I simply thought about it a little before writing what the episode was going to be. And then I just wrote without thinking too much on how it would turn out. Which is why the direction ends up changing a bit at the half way point in the series.

So it was all just write whatever my fingers decided at the moment. Very little of me was thinking hard about what it was going to be.

Up to Episode 10 already. You're making pretty good progress. Things start changing soon from that point. Should be up to the reveal of the Crimson Angel.
  2. Just finished episode 10 (The Inner Man), and at this point I'm thinking "Did she watch too many action movies while writing this?" o.O

I am a little curious, though. Did you have inspiration of any sort or was it all you?
  3. Will definitely read more later today. This is a story I don't want to miss, and like I said before I really love comedy.
  4. It was the nearest compatible body. But the body is also special as well. But nothing untoward will happen. Just funny stuff.
  5. I already love where this is going, although part of me is cautious about why his mind was more compatible with the body of a child. I guess I'll have to read on.

I'm already thinking about how the story would end. I already finished the story's sequels, and it's funny how I never got down to finishing the original story. >.> It's going to look like a prequel, given all the things I'm planning to add. And yes, I just might give you a preview once I got your appearances planned out.

Middle of the year, huh? Got it memorized! <----KH reference
  6. Well I make sure to strive for a balance of drama and comedy for the series. For the most part is follows a pattern of two serious episodes followed by two comedic episodes. The second half of the series gets very ridiculous though and highly entertaining. Glad you enjoyed it.

I guess that would be up to you if you wanted to do it. You'd just have to ask to make sure it's alright.

    The middle of the year.
  7. So I read the first chapter. It was all serious for the first half, but you sure know how to tone down the seriousness in the atmosphere. I even nearly laughed at some serious parts near the end. "So many poor, poor people." I'm definitely down for comedy, so I can guarantee I'll read one chapter a day, AT LEAST.

Oh, yeah, I've been thinking about you guys at the forum, and I thought it would be neat to give you all some minor roles in my story's reboot. Maybe not in the first chapter, but you know, at random parts. Let me know if you're ever interested!

Oh, and also, if it's not too intrusive, when exactly is your birthday? You don't have to tell me if you don't want to, it's just me getting a little curious, and i also love keeping mental notes of people's birthdays. ^^
  8. Haha, thanks. Just let me know when there's something about me that interests you, even slightly. Hobbies, books, other interests, etc. (Am I too insecure? I probably am if I'm even asking...)
  9. I don't know about that. I think everyone has something interesting about themselves.
  10. I figured as much. I knew you have to have a degree of some sort, but I didn't know much about the job itself. Hehe....

I'm guessing that's a no on your question, which is fine. I don't lead an interesting life like yours.
  11. It is not dream job everyone thinks it is. I do enjoy it, but it is hard work and requires a certain skill set to actually be good and survive doing it.
  12. A gamer's dream. *.* Is it fun, or is it tougher than it sounds?
  13. I test video games currently.
  14. Okay, because you can stop me if I become too intrusive. You said that you work a lot of hours, but you never mentioned where. And when I read that you went to college to be a 3-D modeler, I feel the urge to ask: What do you do, exactly?

(And again, you can ask me anything too, whether you answer my question or not. If nothing else, call it payback for wasting your time. ^^)
  15. Yeah you can ask me whatever you want. Depending on what you ask will depend on if I give you an answer or not. ^^
