Just this weekend! Friday night. A bunch of us drove up to St. Louis (about 7 hours) to stay the weekend. I did all the driving for my car, but it wasn't so bad because my car-mates kept me awake and entertained. The show was excellent. Visually, it was just incredible. Also, I may have made "special" peanut butter blondies that I ate all weekend, which made everything 10x more astounding. I hear the set list changes every show, but they ended our second encore with Kid A and boyfriend freeaaaked out about how awesome that was. Also, You and Whose Army was neat because all the smaller screens were a closeup of Tom York's face while he played piano. Everyone I saw it with was excited to hear stuff from their new album, but was also really glad that they played a lot of older stuff. It's definitely worth being excited over. I hope you go! Umm.... maybe I can figure out something with paypal? Or go through Reverb or... I'll look into it. Somehow I will figure out a way to get your kiwi money.
When did you see Radiohead? I'm seeing them in November, super excited. They haven't been here since 1998. Although actually I could still have to miss the concert, it's dead in the middle of the end-of-year exams. I think I'm honna drop a paper assessed by exam in favour of an internal one, just to maximize my chance of being able to attend. If all goes well, it will be the best way to celebrate finishing my degree. Anyway. I rant. Inform me how to pay you.
