I don't think you'd be able to beat Fate in a fight. He's young and small and you, well... You kind of get hit in the face too much. You may be able to beat Apollo, you can beat Clubber, you can even kick the shit out of some big giant Russians who shoot up on steroids before the fight, but there is no way in hell that you could beat Fate.
