That part was so annoying for me. From what I've gathered, try like this... Follow the links and enter the eye code at the top-right. Wait 45 seconds, then select Regular Download. A little box will suddenly appear. I believe you should go to your Documents folder. You can create a new folder by right-clicking anywhere, and selecting New from the menu that appears. From New, select folder, then name the folder whatever you want. Put the downloads in here, then save and let the system save it to the folder. Download both files. Normally, that'd be all, but it gets a lot more confusin from here. Ask Elyon what to do concerning the music files.
