I had enough hugs for today. (I don't care, I'll keep the 'Mei' part.) No, Fate. As far as I know, people DIE at the hospital. The bodies are placed in coffins, and people hold a little funeral. Then people bury the coffins in cemeteries. So basically, it's a little (or large) town of dead corpses.
