Nah. ^^ Spells and Abilities can crit as well. Besides... increasing status magic helps you alot here. ^^ Do me an favor and try to beat the game without spam using next time you play. How long have you come already?
xD I just wanted to see the story. Everything else works perfectly. It would take forever to beat the bosses with simple spells and abilities, though.
Ehhh, It's that i forgotted to take away that Friendship Union. Just a test ability which was terribly working, The bosses are no fun if you spam uses like that. XD
Ehh, nothing much. Haha, just beated him by spamming Friendship Union. There was a healing spring afterwards, too. Still, you need a villian that's just as funny as him. You can't have villians from other games, unless if you happen to be Tetsuya Nomura. Which I highly doubt that you are, but whatever. I will beat that certain NPC half-way to death. But no, I'm not gonna beat him right away. I'm gonna torture him, slowly and painfully. The next time he mentions it, I'll erase him...

You must becareful with the future bosses though, They are MUCH more challenging. I also thought it would be kewl if Gilgamesh pops in my game as well! ^^ Your next boss is... OMEGA WEAPON!
His turns hardly ever come in the tutorial. xD But he's great. I just finished the battle with Gilgamesh. Not even hard on Active. vwv +
