So what is your opinion on Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung? To me he seems to have a little bit of a rapacious appetite for money, which could be explained by his work with the State Bank of Vietnam. I also don't support his multi-billion dollar arms deal he made with Russia last year. That seems kind of conspicuous to me. God damn Vietnam.
