My vote is to begin at level 1, prior to entering SOLDIER. Maybe not even 1, you start VII at like lv 6 or something, right? I know it's higher than 1 at least.
For the group, do you vote Stat-roids or Entry level stats? Currently Alther has voted stat-roids, but if you vote Entry level I can get a tie breaker
