I'm up to the part where you can level up for the first time. There's like these skeletons, and it takes like 3 of my 10 potions everything they show up. And they fight in ****ing PAIRS. I can barely beat one, let alone two. As soon as one overcommits, I manage to successfully dodge, and an attack is possible, the other one hits me. They need like ten hits each, yet I can only last three of theirs (ignoring healing, but every time I heal, 75% of the gain is lost by the fact that it takes ****ing forever to drink a potion). I beat the first pair twice now. The first time, I then ran into a giant skeleton, which killed me one hit, after dodging it like 10 times and getting three combos in. Bastards man. This game is ridiculous.
LMAO. and aww man wtf. GO BACK AND BITCHSLAP THE CLERK. (seriously, I would complain) Dark souls is slightly harder than Demon's souls (for one you don't get to just find healing from enemies) and has less story--that's why I suggested Demon's souls first. The game is hard, but just take your time. It's extreme trial and error. Take it slow when fighting too, the game will punish you for blindly hacking and slashing. I learned the hard way haha. Also, it's okay to die. It's fun! Also I'm watching this guy play since I don't intend to buy Dark Souls until I'm done trophy hunting in Demon's Souls.
Honestly, what the ****. I am not this good at games. This is hard. And although it says on the box that it contains the first game, it clearly doesn't.
OMG ILU<3 Play Demon's Souls First. Dark souls isn't really a sequel, but it uses the same mechanics. YAAAY we can play online!, but I must de-level first
