  1. Being a bum woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
  2. What's thumpin?
  3. haha, for some reason I'm not a huge movie person.
  4. The closest Boarders to me is around 25-30 minutes as well; then there is one on the Peninsula in Newport News, VA at Patrick Henry Mall which is around 40 minutes away.

My girlfriend doesn't mind sitting in a book store as she does that when she reads manga at Barnes and Noble. When I'm looking at fantasy/sci-fi books I read the back of the book and the flap, if it has one. I don't read the first few chapters because I can judge a book from the aforementioned; I'm a pretty good at picking books, videogames, or new food that I'll like - rarely do I make a bad decision. Unlike my girlfriend who thinks she may like something - in regards to food/drinks - but ends up not liking whatever she got partly due to her being too picky.

I don't know about the Boarders near me having a curfew but I know the Barnes and Noble doesn't, though they do close at 10 p.m most of the nights. That is sometimes a place that my friends and I hang out when we're waiting for a movie that is showing pretty late or for a midnight showing.

And it is a few years away but I'm totally seeing the midnight showing of the next Batman movie and if there is one for the Green Lantern movie, that as well.
  5. haha awwww.

There's only one that's near me and it takes me like 30 mins. to drive there. I don't read there because I feel weird, and it's usually packed anyway. It's awkward because it's a store... so I'm literally sitting in the middle where people are shopping.

Sometimes I can't even read at home because I get distracted easily if I'm not interested in the book right away so the best place for me is like Starbucks. It's much more calm and every ones doing about the same thing.

Does the Boarders where you live have a Curfew? I find it funny that after 10 the security guards card people to make sure they're above 18 years, like I'm going to be doing something mischievous at a book store.

Maybe it's just because, the one I go to is in a plaza.
  6. Aaaaaaah. Poor Boarders and its chain of Waldenbooks which have been closing all around my area.

I've picked up many o' good books from those stores. Once I was able to pick up 5 out of 6 books of the Meeting's Sextext from the Dragonlance Series. On the subject of book stores, I never feel comfortable reading a book that I've not purchased there; not that if I had purchased the book I would read it there because I would read it at my house. But I feel like it is somewhat "stealing", becasue I person could go to the bookstore for multiple days and read a whole book without paying for it causing the bookstore to lose a bit of money.

If I owned a book store I would create a section for potential buyers to get a glimpse of the book for like 30 minutes after that they would leave the designated area and either put the book up or buy it. Reading a book outside the designated area would not be tolerated.
  7. Actually yes,

I'm usually picky bout what I read, I used to be interested in Lusifer's story that was the first thing that caught my attention. It was referred to when I was watching something about the 7 deadly sins on the history channel haha. So I looked it up.

Someone told me to check out Dictionary of Angels by Gustav Davidson. I haven't had the chance to see if it's a the Boarders where I live ( a book store)

*looks up Lesser Key of Solomon*
  8. So do you have an interest in angelic and demonic lore? Weird question but anywhos...

I love reading about that type of lore since, to me, it gives the feeling of reading a fantasy book. I guess it could be said that the stories of angels and demons is kind of like a fantasy book - a huge book it would be. One of my favourite pieces of demonology is the Lesser Key of Solomon/ Ars Goetia: it reveals and describes the 72 demons that King Solomon subdued and ordered to work for him with various tasks such as the building of the first Temple of Jerusalem.
  9. Hahahah :3
  10. Get me some glow sticks!!!!
  11. Oh snaps! There's a party going on in your avatar!

    What music is playing?
  12. :s lame lol

yes, something about washing dishes, if it's in cold water it's refreshing and makes me thirsty haha.

Actually I just drink lots of liquds, like constantly so I urinate like Seabiscuit
  13. Not my room mates, my girlfriends.

Thirsty? That's weird. I don't like getting diry myself, somewhat of a neat freak when it comes to my body, but when I do my dishes I go in because I will be washing my hands once I'm done thoroughly.
  14. Oh goody! Arguments make my life interesting Not really

I despise doing dishes, and when I do, do them, all it makes me want to do is take a shower, or it makes me thirsty.

    Room mate issues?
