If there is going to be more events soon than it's right time to start because we don't won't many events at once. As for Azuteor, if you say that he has experience with this than great, I'm sure that he'll be an excellent judge.
I'am now currentLy doing the ruLes of the contest that GiLgameshed Up suggested.., do you think it's the best time to start it? Since September is coming and.. there's much more events/contest Line up.. aLso about the contest I'm pLanning to contact Azuteor.. to be aLso participate as one of the judge.. since he's the one I've been Looking up to.. when it comes to drawing an originaL Anime character.. :-) He's very good in that..

Too slow, it seems I wasn't online long enough to read your message. Sorry that I couldn't answer you earlier, I'm really busy lately and I found out today that my professor changed exam term for tomorrow so I'm not really in good mood but anyway thanks for asking.
