Yeah he is. If this makes you feel any better, my dad equip the Buster sword(first weapon) and used his first limit break(Braver) and still killed sephiroth in one hit.

Well the story is actually quite epic...perhaps too epic. Most people like the bad guy Sephiroth. He is ridiculously powerful and there is a mission where he comes with you and you have to fight a green dragon. It will normally attack you and kill you instantly(You are level 1) but Sephiroth(level 50) will attack it and kill it in one hit.
I've actually never played VII. What is it about it that people like so much, I wonder?
Well I would just like to avoid people who think they are final fantasy fans when the only game they ever played if FF7 and worship it. I think people should appreciate the other FFs more. Thats all really.(Nosey much?)
No, there are fans of FF Tactics. it's just that they prefer other games of the same series over it.
