So yesterday, it took the computer about 45 minutes to actually get to a point where I could actually view your rant... and then I gave up and went to bed, ha. I know what you mean, though. It was fairly active there for a couple months, and then a week or two ago, the activity just died down. Dunno what happened there. As for like a committee of people to talk about new games and stuff... sounds cool. I dunno if I'd be good for it, as I'm not really playing anything new right now, nor am I looking into anything new. But I'd be down with a committee forming. Also: tired. Anyhoo... Wuv, Yer Mom
You know the one question that has been plaguing my mind is why the hell is general gaming not one of the most active areas on this forum. Seriously with all of the new games and old games that forum should be rocking out activity. I know we are a FF based forum but I also know there are a lot of us that are interested in things other then FF. Just doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me in my half drunken state. Actually this though hit me earlier today and I felt I needed to express it to someone. Maybe we should put together a team devoted to coming up with new threads on new release news and shite like that.... or some thing to bring some ephasis to that area of the forum. Sorry about the half drunken rant but I just had to get some thoughts off of my chest haha. [/rant]
Yeah they lost their edge when their music changed and they lost a lot of fan base. I saw them play with Lugnut one time it was a crazy show. I know the drummer is in another state selling relestate.
That's cool that they still play and stuff. Wonder why they don't play as Philmore. Maybe because of legal issues with the name or something. Sounded to me like they were trying to sound more like Relient K with their second album, but they don't have the same witty kick to their lyrics or anything like that.
Yeah I wasn't as impressed with the second album. I have seen them quite a few times. I like most of their first album stuff. They still play at a church down the street from here but they don't play as Philmore anymore.
My brother's band the W's toured with those guys. They were on the same label. That's probably their best song. Or the one about fish in the sea. Or "Smile at Me." *thumbs up* You ever hear their second album, though? It wasn't as good.

Meh I was thinking about making a currently playing intellectual version seeing I couldn't find the other one. The only kicker is that if it was deleted you should still be able to see it unless it was pruned all together.
I don't know. I noticed it was gone because I had a couple "thank yous" in that thread, which now say "N/A" instead of "now playing." Someone must've hard deleted it for some reason. I dunno why.

Oh a heads up, the staff elimination will be starting about the same time as the actual member elimination. Fate ran it last year and we have talked and he is going to do it again this year.
