i could tell you many stories and experiences about stuff in driver 1 and 2. had them both and did glitches in both. let me tell you a good one. in driver 2 you can get in and out of cars. i hijacked a school bus and i like to take it to a bridge that folds up and down. i would either jump the ramp it creates or leave the bus there till it folds up. when i jump the ramp, i like to get out of the bus in mid-air and watch it fall. sometimes it would fall through the ground and then it would move forward, fall from the sky, and repeat.
Haha... Now that you mentioned it, I remember the doorknob now! I seriously need to finish my file on that game. I honestly don't know why I haven't. Interesting glitch. I bet it was hilarious to watch those cop cars glitch out like that.
the doorknob thing is actually inspired from Mother 3. in like just about every chapter there would be some random doorknob occurance. so i'm paying homage to the running gag by adding it to my stories. oh and you should check out my post in the glitch thread haha. it was quite an event.
I need to have better placement of the text that says "And at the end of fear...", but I'm glad you liked it. And your story was enjoyable, and I chuckled at the part about the peddler. The doorknob is going to be a running gag, eh? That reminds me a bit of the running gag in FF VIII about Laguna and the old keys. The Okami group was a little dead, so I decided to leave it. I left a few other groups that weren't very active too. I read your post in there though, and there's a vid that showcases what she can do in the game now. I posted it in that MvC 3 thread. To be honest, I've had better weeks... Congrats on your 6th win, and I read the latest chapter in your story. It was creative. ^^ Anyway, I haven't been up to too much lately. Decided to try out some text animation effects for GIMP, and this is what I got: Click if you wanna see. It's not bad, but not great either, and it's just mostly a test to see if I could do it. Now that I now the basics, I can only get better at it.

yeah, each chapter is supposed to be a random story. did you find the other chapters funny at all? if you have any suggestions for stories, the way i should write my paragraphs, any fixes i should make, or have any comments about the story itself, i welcome any of it. Made a separate thread for that too.
So, is each chapter supposed to read like a stand-alone story? Because each chapter that you've written so far reads like that. It's not a bad thing, just wondering. The ending of the first chapter made me laugh: "...but the warriors just looked silently at the castle and they decided to quit their jobs in warriorhood and all of them decided to look for jobs that are actually worth having."
ok, sounds good to me, i hope you enjoy it . i wrote this story to be intentionally funny, looking forward to your feedback on it. and yeah, thats what i'm hearing too about the saturn version of the song being better. it is better to be honest but it doesn't fit the scenery of the level like the psx one. EDIT: I found another song sound alike, had to edit my post in the song comparisions thread to put it in. So did you ever get to read my story? just wondering. I'm going to write the 3rd chapter to it pretty soon.
The one from the Saturn version was better, but they're both good songs. And I'll check out your story soon, but my eyes are a bit tired from too much gaming...
I written down another chapter to my pointless story, I made it longer this time and spaced out the paragraphs so it wouldn't be confusing to read. EDIT: which of these songs do you like better? these two are from the game megaman 8 and its on both psx and saturn. there are two versions of the song and there are people who like the saturn version of the game better ano there are people who like the psx version better. found the missing thing, i have to defeat bowser in the fire sea first. EDIT: if you are wondering how many stars i now have in this playthrough, i'm at 71 right now.
Jolly Roger Bay, the Haunted House level, and Tiny-Huge Island are my favorites. And I don't know if I even remember how to do that part of the game... Sorry. Been a while since I played it, so I'm not any help to you... Maybe you could look up a walkthrough to see if there's anything you missed?
