Dissecting a frog and eating chicken sandwiches are a very bad combination XD I'll admit it at first I wasn't sure what you meant by alveoli..I thought it was some sort of pasta but then I translated it to French and I'm ready to explain!!...Yes I take French science next year it's English though =D For starter Alveoli are small air sacs in your lungs..And was your question cells from alveoli?..In the lungs cells absorb fresh oxygen and carbon dioxide is released from your body...The exchange of this two gases happen in the alveoli...So when cells have oxygen it goes to your lungs and your alveoli because they help with transfering the gas...and same vise versa the cells obtain fresh oxygen from your alveoli after the transfer of gases take place
I didn't mind the dissection, but the smell was horrible! I had a chicken sandwich for lunch right after that period, and I had a hard time swallowing it! Tomorrow's the last day of science, so I don't really need any help. Although, there was a test, and one of the questions asked about the circulatory system and how oxygen gets to your cells form the alveoli, and I had no clue...
