Haha, holy shit, that is right on the money. The thing that irritates me about Fight Club is that once you've seen it once, the sense of confusion and the dynamic between the characters (like the protagonist's morning-after attitude towards Marla, despite his (well, Tyler's) just shagging her for a whole night) is ruined. Well, I mean it's still brilliant; it just hasn't got as much mileage as a film that doesn't invest so much in the audience being unaware of what's 'really' happening. Also, your tattoo is boss.

Good lord you sound rather busy. My education isn't quite as extensive, working on my BSN, but still got a fair few credits to get under my belt. Due to some IRL issues I've just been working currently, but hope to go back soon. As for my nickname variations, yes I've been a slight forum whore in the past, but mostly RP forums - some gaming. That's why I pretty much just jumped in with both feet, I'm not exactly shy (this isn't always a good thing). In regards to debates, I think we might share some similarities. However, I'm not really political and the years I've spent working with certain individuals has taught me how to listen, learn, but not care too much on a personal level as to not allow any opinions to strike a nerve; it's the only way I've learned to debate about certain things and remain completely open to what anyone else has to say. I'll be the first to admit I'm a very opinionated individual. I'm also Italian, it's in my blood. XD
No spamming VMs is good. PMs are clunky and I avoid then unless something is legitimately private. I'm a 21 year old guy from Wellington, New Zealand. I'm currently working full time as a summer research assistant at my university, assisting with a chapter of a book on global migration between low income countries. From December I start two other jobs, one replacing a (geographic) software technician who's going on paternity leave, and the other as a research assistant for a private research firm. I've just finished my third year of a BSc in geography, statistics and public policy. Still have half a year of undergrad, then intend to start a Master's. Anyway. That's what I do, not who I am. I'm pretty political, in a 'I get fired up on the Internet' sort of way, but I'm actually rather timid. I'd describe myself as some sort of social democrat. I like to engage in people's opinions, especially if I disagree with them. It's s bit of a bad habit actually, and sometimes people think I don't like them, when really I just found issue with an opinion of theirs.
