  1. Haha oh wow that does sound like a lot of fun. You should try grow a vege garden if you don't already. My dad tries to grow vegetables that look good and taste nice. You can get the best of both worlds doing that. He's started planting non-edible flowers and such amongst some of the ugly (but tasty) varieties to further this. Plus, they'd be healthier than store-bought varieties generally, and cheaper. Not to mention a source of pride. Honestly, my dad can grow a tomato half the size of your head.

I should add you on PSN, although I don't have access to a PS3 at the moment; my brother took it to his flat and still owes me $250 for my half.

Myself, I've been busy as for the last five weeks, with uni, you know. Studies are starting to get better, especially now that I get to argue in essays, rather than just demostrate knowledge through chronology. Although, that means assignments need to be larger and better researched. So it's harder than ever before, but I'm coping, hopefully.

I remember you telling me that you were looking into completing (?) a degree in structural engineerinng. How's that panning out?

EDIT: and it was your birthday on Easter!? You old fart
  2. Been doing good, just been really busy with life and have been killing alot of time on PSN. Other then that not alot has been going on. Got tired of my house being the plain house on the street, and even though we rent it, I decided it was time to put a few flower beds. I have been having alot of fun with it and its about the only time I actually get to relax haha.

    How about yourself?
  3. How you been anyway man?
  4. I know, I figured you gave me a hard time so I would give you one back haha.
  5. It's all good brosiph. Had to do what I had to do which was virtually nothing haha.
  6. Well now that that's clarified, thanks dude.
  7. I know Alpha, it was a light harted warning. Hence why you didn't get a real one. If you hadn't of been contributing to that thread I would of slapped you with a real one. I am going to take the rest of this to PM because it doesnt need to be in the light of day.
  8. But it was all I had to say, and about a third of the posts in that thread are mine!

I would agree if it had been the only thing I had contributed, but it wasn't.

When responding to Andro's post, I already had to repeat myself, explicitly because I thought the post was too small. It's the bit after, "As I said before..."
  9. You know I should warn you for this post.

    Consider this a verbal.
  10. It also makes it a lot easier to keep track of the discussion, including quotations. But IMO there's nothing to discuss until new ground is covered. I mean, shit, it's been a single year. Countless words have been said about him, but so little time has passed.
  11. Well I got tired of reading the same jargan through out 7 different threads so I figured why the hell not. Glad it is appriciated.

Also now I can moderate a little harder on the threads that might come up that are political. Keep people from derailing threads with the whole Obama hate posts.
  12. I'm glad there is finally some order to these Obama threads.

    So damn repetitive.

I wish Govinda or someone would make a British political thread. Or an EU one.
  13. Structural engineering!? Wow that sounds impressive mate, you should definitely go for that once you get the opportunity.

Man I can't wait for Christmas dinner. I'm not really into presents, so it's the only part I look forward to. It's sort of weird having a roast in the middle of summer, and all the packaging has snow and holly on it, so we usually go for a Christmas barbecue, beers, salad, and backyard cricket. That's a real Christmas to me.
  14. Yeah it is the equivilance to Christmas dinner, my family cooks the same thing for both holidays haha. But there is nothing better then a good home cooked meal and stuffing yourself silly and watching some football haha.

Bad ass bro I am glad schooling is going so well for you, that is awesome. I've been thinking about going back to school some time soon. I will have to wait for my wife to finish first though. I have been contemplating going back for my structual engeering degree. I already have some of the schooling for that knocked out with the schooling that I have already been through.
  15. Yeah I thought I had seen less of you around the forum. It must be hard, being a dad I mean. Well, it must just be hard to settle down in general. I'm still enjoying my lack of commitments haha.

Thanksgiving meals sound good. Is it sort of like Christmas dinner, only early?

Things have been awesome. I'm on summer holiday for a cool four months, I've got all my grades back, and I scored all A+'s (0.o), so I should now have the rest of my university paid for me. Really, I could not feel better right now.
