I've never heard of Animation Shop... I'll check it out next time I make a banner with some kinda animation. ^^
I'm using Photoshop CS2 now I think... it's one of the older ones on my parents laptop.. I got desperate xD!!!!! Oh and for animations.. ever use, I think it's called... animation shop! I used that all the time once, it was pretty easy :3
I'll certainly give it a go! If I can work out how to do animations on an older version of Photoshop, I can definatly do this! ^^ Thankies for the help! <3
Ooo well, I'll go through what I did! Firstly, I selected a new project. When doing this you have the options of what kind of 'background' you want. There's white, something else and then there istransparent. Thats the one I always pick. So once I have the picture in place and I've done my fiddling I then take the (I think it's called this) polygonal lasso tool - as it gives straight edges, and select areas on the image. Once all selected I press delete and voila! You have a unique shape x3. You can also look up Avatar and Signature Templates :3 I'm thinking of doing that... but if not you can create your own ^^ I hope that helps <_<!!!!
