Much better than yesterday, which is saying a lot. I could barely move my right arm at all because the pain hurt so bad. I got a muscle relaxer to help me sleep and keep my mind off of the hurt, so that's good. I'm going to take another one tonight, just in case.

Doing well. I have a heating pad on my shoulder at the mo', so I'm still trying to take it easy so I don't cause any irreversible damage. That would totally suck.
