Haha, no, I hate the cold. Even though I don't feel it I hate it. I don't have to take any extra languages. The only reason I care about the weather is if its warm enough to swim outside. Then I don't really care

No English isn't a world Language, (English is Canada's main language don't forget) its more of an LA class, just we call it English. Than we Have our French class, its an LA class too. And for Blizzards it really depends on the year. This year it was too cold for blizzards... Right now it is extremely warm... but I heard rumors it might snow on wednesday...
