You can get a lot of reading done of your days off. ;p Yeah, it is disappointing for Yuki, but not everything neatly wraps up when arcs end. Nothing will ever be simple or easy for Yuki. He's going to be dealing with all sorts of problems in this arc.
It can't be seen yet but I'll find out tomorrow about how it's like, especially on my off days. ^^ It was sad to know that Yuki didn't make up with Momoko before he left, though.
It is cold, but they have a solution for that. ^^ I have a solution for everything. ;p Besides, you shouldn't be too surprised when you have powers like Yuki and Ayumi that can literally do whatever they want them to do. When you have a power like that a little thing like the cold is pretty meaningless. You've got to see Atlantis though right? ^^ Got to see what it is like. ^^
Still a lot to go, huh? And that's right. They arrived at Antarctica. Makes me wonder how far they have to go. It is the coldest place on Earth, after all.
Yeah, there is a travel needed, but I'm guessing you arrived at Antarctica right? You haven't reached Atlantis yet. Still a lot to go.
So far they have arrived at their destination but nothing else so far. There's still more to go, as Ayumi said ^^
I think what you learn will be interesting. I'm looking forward to see how you are through the early chapters and into the later ones. A lot of stuff happens and there is plenty to take in. So I'll be very curious to see how it goes.
Then again "oppressed" may be a strong word for this case, as there isn't even a king yet. But I guess I get the same feeling from a kingdom in trouble, too ^^; Hopefully I'll be able to read more tomorrow, and learn something about Atlantis then.
Oppressed kingdom in the desert huh? It is interesting that you would think of it that way. It is always fun to learn how people picture things without anymore information. But you'll start learning quite a bit about Atlantis once get deep into the second arc.
The funny thing is, I used to think Ayumi's homeland (before I learned the name) was an arid city located somewhere in the desert. At least that's the feeling I always get whenever I read about an oppressed kingdom. Mythology's a fun subject, huh? ^^
Ah, underwater is a pretty common theme for Atlantis. I do with a lot of the mythology surrounding Atlantis, but I work in a little more to things than others. I did create a vast history for Atlantis, which will be unveiled in the course of time.
It's probably as the same as the comic books (which I don't read often but would love to) but in the case of Ultimate Alliance it was an underwater city. It's been years since I played but there was a chamber where the party would go into before entering the city. Can't explain it quite well, but somehow after entering the city they were able to breathe and talk underwater, though they still had to swim.
Ah ok, well you'll get to see what it is like in time. I don't know what it looks like in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, a high tech city? Well if you can't read tomorrow that fine. It'll be up to you. ^^
I always pictured it as an aquatic city, though that's in every story I read that uses the city as part of the plot somewhere. Though I doubt it's nothing like I'm picturing right now (biggest image I'm having right now is from the first Marvel: Ultimate Alliance game >.>) I'd like to see how everything turns out, but I probably won't be able to read tomorrow as I got actual errands to run. But we'll see ^^;
Yup, the travel time is pretty short. So you'll get into the thick of things pretty quickly. You'll finally get to see Atlantis soon enough. I imagine that you have a lot of images in your mind of how it will look and be.
