Viewing your sigs inspired me to create one of my own again. It's not as good as yours, but I think it's pretty good for me. What do you think? Here's another one. I am actually thinking of using this as my sig for a while. I don't want to spam up your page, so that's all I got for ya!

I used to use Paint.net too! It's very good, especially the FREE part
A very basic one...I'm still learning. I don't have photoshop, but I downloaded a program from paint.net that Meier uses. It's free too, which is ALWAYS a good thing for me!
