I just read your battle with Ralz and he seems to be a conflicting character. He has a lot of apparent love for Sephiroth but that may be a ruse done in response to you and myself responding to his "critique". He also deflected when I "confronted" him about him forgetting about my "defense" of Final Fantasy II in "Your Worst FF" thread.
I wish I could be more creative, but alas it seems that my creativity is limited to saying generic phrases such as "happy posting." I blame television, and not myself, because I think that displacing the blame is much better for my ego. I'll be sure to do better next time.
Don't you think you should say something else besides "Happy Posting" to new members? Perhaps write something unique and totally random like, "May your children gnaw on the souls of the Damned". Be bizzare. Be creative. And so what if you freak them out, it only shows that TFF has some very uniqe individuals.
I would. Or I would offer an explanation as to why she looks the way she does. But maybe the development team wanted people like me and you to torture Meatwad over not knowing why Adel has that appearance.
When I first saw Adel, I thought she was a man, but then everyone called her "sorceress". I don't really think it was a translation error either, because the NA localization team did a much better job at translating the script than they did with VII. Your friend's theory sounds really good. Ha... I just thought of something funny. If you were one of the people translating the game to english, and you saw that Adel was addressed "sorceress" meaning she was female, wouldn't you go back and make doubly sure that you didn't mess up once you saw the picture of her?
Your Junction Machine Ellone thread has me itching to replay Final Fantasy VIII. Also do you think Sorceress Adel is truly a man? I just find it wierd that Adel is really a female, "she" looks soooooo masculine. It would be nice to think that it was a translation error, that males too can inherit magic becoming sorcerers, alas I don't think it was a translation error. My friend has a theory about Adel's appearance: each sorceress has a true form; Adel's happened to look very masculine and to be very tall; when the party first meets Ultimecia she has a normal human appearance (and easily identified as a female) but that her final form is her true form. This theory could explain how Adel ended up looking very manly and humongous.
Yeeesh. I feel your pain. I had to set my computer's update to an earlier time too, because I had problems getting rid of this adware thing that was messing up my computer. I'm completely brainless when it comes to tech stuff, so I can't be much help for you there. You should have taken a screenshot of when you were by yourself on TFF and brought it up, but I think you're right about it just being a glitch. There have been times that TFF has just not let anyone on. I have no idea what that could be about. Well, think of it this way: Wrinkles on a man can make him look more dignified. Too bad it doesn't really work the same way for a woman.
So when I first logged on today I noticed something very strange. There were 151 guests on TFF and I was by my lonesome. I think it was a glitch/error. Also, my computer has been slowly dying. There have been problems with Windows loading up. And sometimes my computer won't fully shut down, it will still be running. Windows Media Player has been having problems, it won't respond if I try to load a new cd or try to load the program after I've been on my computer for some time. I've scanned multiple times for viruses or any other nasty bugs - nothing. I've done a memory diagnostic sweep just to see - nothing. My friend says I may have to restart my computer from an earlier date but I am not thrilled about the possibility. It makes me sad because I don't know why Windows is acting up and I would very much prefer to fix the problem without having to restart/reboot. (wrinkles. wrinkles. wrinkles)

To get rid of wrinkles on my clothes I use iron. I use iron on my face to smooth out wrinkles.
Some people look good with gray hair. Just look at Anderson Cooper! Well, I guess his is more silver than gray though. *shrugs* As for the wrinkles, can't help you with that.
My girlfriend jokes me that I'm starting to get some wrinkles on my face. And about my gray hair.
