Those don't really sound familiar, XD. Refresh my memory? Oh, and I haven't played any FF game past the handhelds (GBA ports and DS ones), and Crystal Chronicles.

Very true. As for worlds, we can either use FF canon ones, or ones that we make. I already have about six different partially developed worlds we can choose from, as it happens. As for monsters, I have two separate bestiaries in progress. We can also use some of the FF canon monsters.
How about a mixture of all three? After all, they could travel to several worlds to restore the balance. Any ideas for monsters?
Yeah, I have a fair idea. Well, let's see what we come up with. Is it a medieval, modern, or futuristic fantasy world you're wanting?
We shouldn't just give room to four people, and I like the idea of sub-elements. Two people could be of the Earth element, but one could have an element of raw power while the other could have healing powers. You know where I'm getting at.
Could be fun. Standard RPG basics, but it has a lot of wiggle room. And I suppose we'd include sub-elements to the main ones for extra diversity in the four characters.
Okay. How about several people -- the players that decide to play -- come from different worlds and are assigned an element of their choosing to help restore the balance between the worlds. Having the powers of each element yield different attributes. When I say elements, I mean fire, wind, water, and earth.
Well, tell you what - You can describe to me what you're thinking of when you mentioned the element system, and I'll see what I can come up with. Knowing my muse, it shouldn't be too hard.
I'm not good with stories, except if they involve battling. How about using elements, and assigning players to certain elements? For example, you could be a member of the Wind element...
