To tell you the truth I wouldn't know what kinda tip to give you, the best thing you can do is draw more often, I assure you after some time you'll notice the difference called improvement. It worked well for me.

Well you'll be judge about that, but yes I'm drawing in anime style for long tome and there is always space for improvement.
