Yes you do. I made it that way so that someone actually has to get to know some of the members before getting into the actual eliminations. We run the eliminations yearly and if I remember correctly I set it up for 250 post count or higher ffor people to actually get their name on the ballot.
Okay thanks. Also, do i need 50+ to vote in the member elmination thread?
It's a staff decision and is invite only. They look for model members who are active. It's not really about post count or how long some one has been here. It's all about being a good member, reporting posts, showing a good knowledge of the forum and its workings and over all demeanor of the member. Those are just a few of the traits we look for in staff members
Well I read the rules (Unlike some noobs) and you know... Didn't want to get smacked with a baseball bat by you, or any other mod. Heh... Harsh way to say it but, I think it works xD Are there any speicail requirements to become a mod? Like staying a year, having over 1,000 posts? Not wanting to be a mod. ^^' I just want to know, just incase, some day I do want to become a mod.
Yeah most of the vets like posts with decent content, that is a problem that still exists between new members and some of our vets. It's good to see a new member with that frame of mind. It gets easier as you post though. I came here and even though I was a member and moderator at another site, I still came here and acted like a total noob. Well that didn't last long because I really like the forum and stayed and was eventually asked to join the staff haha.
It is really simple to use, and I like things to me simple. It's like 1+2 for me ^^! The thing thats hard for me is trying to find something to post on, and putting enough details in the post, so it's not just: "I like chocolate cake." I try to do: "I like chocolate cake, with sprinkles, and some vanilla ice cream on top." Heh heh...
Well I am hoping that it is a good thing haha. I hope all users don't have any questions because that means the forum is easy to use haha but in most instances this is not the case heh.
Okay thanks Meier! I haven't had anything to ask Mistress Victoria... Is that a good thing, or a bad thing xD?
It's all good. That is part of what I am here for when it comes to the adoption agency. Seriously anytime.
Ah... Thank you Meier. I would of asked Mistress Victoria... But... You were online XD
It basically means to not give a troll anything else to use to further troll or to add fuel to the fire. Thats about the easiest way I can explain it.
I forgot, what does: "Feeding the troll' mean? I know it has to do with trolls (Like the littlepeter guy) but forgot... You don't have to tell me. Hope you have a wonderful night, and an even better tomorrow!
