you a jerk. Thats cause yous a crazy *****. jk
Funny that I could go to a bar before you legally. HAHAHAHAHAHA! etc. I don't even drink though, I'm a freak.
I'm using XP version, which is currently the second newest version of the program but the most commonly used (because VX is poopy in comparison, due to the square-shaped graphics.) The Materia system is implimented through Ruby-RGSS programming language, a feature that is built into the program, I didn't write the code for the Materia System but implementing it, (including 50+ types of materia at the moment, and the number of slots for every weapon and armour) probably took just as long as the code-writing which is only 2200~ lines of code. I generally thought you'd had more experience with the program to notice all the custom things, but if in case you didn't know FFVII-2 has a lot of customised features such as the message system (by default RPG Maker XP doesn't show face pictures or name boxes), the battle system (the orignial is more like DragonQuest), the differently formatted menu, the save system, the shop system and some systems that haven't even been showcased yet.
How in the world did you manage getting real materia in the game? And what version of RPG maker are you using btw? though I haven't ever fooled around with it at all, I have played a game on RPG maker XV (it was Castle Oblivion, you may have heard of it but idk) and it was very pleasing on the eyes, but to me it was kind of basic in terms of RPG mechanics. I had no idea you could do such a thing like having a materia system in it.
There should be another demo out by September, the amount it's progressed may not seem like a lot since I've been too busy studying since November for my exams that won't finish till next Thursday. But there is now real materia in the game, not even pretend, real!
Thanks for the invite sir! How has the progress been so far for FF7-2, and how has life been treating you?
