Well, really, you just got to open her eyes to reality. (Corny, I don't care.) No one's uncared for, really. You always have some people who are there for you, whether you know it or not. Hell, I have people stepping it to stick up for me that I never expected to. So, no one's really "alone" unless they choose to be. Your friend doesn't seem to choose that. Just tell her--remind her--of the people she has, because you're better off leaning back on what you do have than what you don't.
