If it hurts to stand, Keep standing because your rib cage can contact and expand easier making your lungs get more oxygen into your body making you feel relieved and may take the pain away. Its a natural painkiller.
Seriously, Well 1. You should take some Pain killers 2. Stand up straight if it is a Stitch kind of feeling or lie in the recovery position. 3.Ask your parents for whatever for help, If your scared of worrying them forget about it and still ask them. 4. Go to the hospital, If you are in serious pain.
