  1. yep, although i'm not that happy with the finnishing chord, it's a little iffy
  2. How did it go afterall? Did you get it finished? =S
  3. they want a score and a performance, but sybelius has playback so you just have to e-mail the document
  4. Haha, I've used Sibelius... =P
Well, for two lessons so I'm not a pro, but I've used it. XD

And do you have to play it infront of the teacher, or is it just the script they want?
  5. a reasonable length, it's more important that we write music to the design brief, for example this composition has to be a minimalist piece. oh and just to make sure I haven't caused any confusion sibelius is a music writing program which includes play back
  6. You use Sibelius? And play the piano? Awesome. ^^
I miss being able to play the piano... I might save for a keyboard - those were quite fun when you got into it. =)

So how long does the piece have to be?
  7. Piano, I adore writing for it but i aint that great a player so I use Sibelius most of the time
  8. Which instrument?
  9. oh i've started on it, the piece is about 2 minutes long right now. The problem is it's sounding a little off, the notation doesn't reflect the way I want it to sound
  10. You won't have to resit. =)

Haven't you started on it yet? =O
  11. god I hope I don't have to resit my exam, ugh. Still, probability is in my favour. Anyway I'm far more concerned about the music course work I have in this friday
  12. I don't think you need to be thinking about a retake anyway - you're smarter than I am. =)
  13. honestly, I have no idea
  14. Ouch, and if I remember that like... £30 per paper?
  15. there's always an option to resit exams, you just have to pay for it yourself
