they want a score and a performance, but sybelius has playback so you just have to e-mail the document
Haha, I've used Sibelius... =P Well, for two lessons so I'm not a pro, but I've used it. XD And do you have to play it infront of the teacher, or is it just the script they want?
a reasonable length, it's more important that we write music to the design brief, for example this composition has to be a minimalist piece. oh and just to make sure I haven't caused any confusion sibelius is a music writing program which includes play back

Piano, I adore writing for it but i aint that great a player so I use Sibelius most of the time

oh i've started on it, the piece is about 2 minutes long right now. The problem is it's sounding a little off, the notation doesn't reflect the way I want it to sound
