I'm sure it's hard getting started with something like that though. You have to look good, take good pictures, and market yourself pretty heavily in an industry where I'm sure there's a TON of other people who want to get in the same job. Yeah, I understand being a little miffed over something like that. One time, I was told that I looked like the girl who played the main character in a movie called "The Other Sister"... I think I've mentioned that before. I have a friend who's 5'3'', and I don't really notice that she's that much shorter than me. I think it's all in the way a person carries themselves. You sound like me (when it comes to starting new things then getting bored), but you might be surprised since exercise is actually addictive. In the case of Demon's Souls everything is in English is you play on a console set to English. But my copy of Final Fantasy Dissidia is Japanese. It takes a little bit of patience, but menus being designed to be intuitive things helps. With a fighting game like that it doesn't really make a difference. It was pretty amusing actually. Those scenes where Sephiroth was talking to Cloud and I couldn't understand any of it? Awesome! Looked like Sephiroth was trying to woo cloud. From the scenes where I could kinda get the gist of what was happening from the little I do know, made me glad it wasn't in English. The story parts of that game seemed gawd awful. Wow...he must be super tall. :< Better than when you're short and people say all kinds of patronizing shit to you. Oh, I see. You wanna be a model still? Mind you, it doesn't help that I have a bit of a babyish face to boot. Some woman fund-raising stopped me the other day, she bent down a little at the knees to my height and said to me (as though she was addressing a child) "Do you like doggies?" WHAT THE HELL LADYYY!? Well, Arkansas weather has always been a little crazy. One day, it'll be sun shiny and warm, and the next....blistering coldness! >< It wouldn't be so bad if the weather would just make up it's mind, that way I'll know whether or not to turn the heat on. Nah, I'm still pretty thrilled about getting in my workout routine, but I just know that eventually it's going to be more tiresome to me. ^^; That's how I do. What's it like playing a game in another language? Do you pick up pretty well on what you have to do through trial and error? This would require a bit of thought, but I suppose I'd like to be able to play any instrument awesomely. Music can break through the language barrier too. ^^ Yeah, like when new Coke was introduced way back when... People were outraged that the recipe was changed, so Coca-Cola claimed they changed it back with Classic Coke, but they don't use real sugar anymore..at least not in the States. Coca-Cola plants in Mexico still use sugar though. I'm not a fan of any sodas, but I figured I'd relay some more useless knowledge your way for whatever reason. ^^; Favorite genre of anime? Yeah, I hear that wages for servers are a lot higher in other countries, so tips aren't as necessary. I guess that has something to do with some attitudes people have when it comes to how they treat a person. Nice ^^ Is that time spent doing fully exercising, or do you allow yourself a bit of a break in there as well? Oh man. What's with the crazy weather? It's been unseasonably warm these past few days here too. Oh nice. Taking a day off for rest will give me something to look forward too. I dunnooooo... Yeah, I'm sure once you plat your exercise game, you'll really feel good about yourself and adding another plat to your already amazing tally. :3 I think I'm pretty average in height. Last time I measured myself, I was a little above 5'8'' (1.7272 meters if that helps you visualize it more). Wish I could have grown just one more inch to hit 5'9''... That was my ideal height for a long time, but I suppose I'll have to settle for what I am. Not like I'm gonna grow anymore anyway. And as for our other food stuffs available here, I think if you go to a place that specializes in certain foods, it can be great. Stuff that's available in the "mainstream marketing" probably does taste more bland, because it has to appeal to a wider variety of people while still being pretty affordable. Yeah, I didn't think it'd really compare to something like Black Swan, since it's a different genre of film, but I'm glad you enjoyed it. ^^ Oh? For sure. :3 nuwah...it's sad they can't just get on with their jobs. :| Maybe that is more of a problemo in America though, can't say I ever heard anybody giving some poor waiter/waitress any shit here., though it probably does happen, ugh. Aw, well that's good. ^^ For me it changes a lot, in the past sometimes I'd be on my exercise bike for 1-2 hours alone then some other stuff to boot later (or earlier) the same day, but at the moment it's probably 40 mins to an hour. Last winter it was too cold to motivate myself to do anything. ^^; Oh! Last winter was our coldest in over 100 years or something like that, but this winter was the third from warmest on record. Pretty awesome. Last year was just horrendous here. I should have mentioned this to you before, but you're supposed to take one day of rest per week. It isn't good for your health to work out every single day. You gotta give your body that recovery time or you're risking hurting yourself, plus it gives your body time to grow. ^^ Thankies! Played a bit of Wii Fit as well. It said I lost weight since the last time I played (back in January...). I didn't lose much, but I really wasn't expecting to be what I was. Thought I'd be heavier with all the sweets I've been munching on these past few days. xDD Well, when I'm taking my own picture, I'm less nervous. Also, I don't post bad pictures, though I most definitely have plenty of those. xDDD And no problem. No reason to feel silly over an observation such as that. ^^ Though speaking of creepy photos, did you know that waaaay back in the day, people would take pictures of their dead relatives? They would dress them up and pose them like they were alive, because photos back then were pretty expensive and took a looong time to process. For some people, that's the only photograph they've ever taken... spoooky~ Yeah, dubs usually have to alter what's being said to match the lip movements of teh characters too...so some of the story can get kind of...confusing sometimes...or some information gets left out. I don't really mind dubs, but I do think I enjoy subs a little more. ^^ Mmm.... Pringles...and I think I know what Toblerone is. It's like a candy thing, right? Sort of long and triangular in shape? Might be something else I'm thinking of. I ate a bunch of sweets and a ham sandwich yesterday. Was supposed to have a big dinner with a lot of guests, but with my mom and bro being sick, that didn't happen (which was for the best...)
