I get what you mean, but I meant lifestyle as in things that inhibit activity and promote lazyness, which is pretty much how we all live. We're all lazy ****s and not only do we not have to make our own food any more (fast food for example) but we don't even need to walk there or even get out of the ****in car hahaha. I saw it too, but I still eat the food. lol actually I didn't eat it for a while since it grossed me out. I wouldn't call it education though more like it scared me into not eating it; that's It's okay for a while, but I actually tried a Mcgrittle the other day, so I haven't learned my lesson I guess lol.
I see what you are saying and I agree, but nobody picked up on my education thing so I felt left out and wanted to make myself look cool. I think we're both right. Yes, you need to change your lifestyle, but how would you? Education on how to eat the correct things. If people don't know how bad the food they're eating is, they will continue to eat it. I recently watched Supersize Me (yeah I know its old as **** but I never watched it), and while I knew most of the shit it was interesting to me that the homeboy got depressed unless he was eating mcdonalds, and he'd crash hard. Definitely taught me a few things I didn't know and I haven't wanted to eat mcdonalds since I saw it. (I got educated ) That's all I'm saying. Word up. <3
Education? Educating people on how to eat? I think it comes right back to lifestyle. I don't think people will make healthy choices unless they have the will to.
